1. THE ROOM FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE! There will be no refunds for early departures, for breakdowns of air conditioner, heater, appliances, etc, if said breakdown is due to weather and /or other conditions over which the house owner has no control

2. All regular guests and guests who are NOT booking for the first time must pay the total amount, to our bank account, in advance, for the total duration of their stay after confirming their room reservations.

3. We prohibit the possession or usage of any kind of illegal drugs (alcohol/weed/hash/cocaine/esctasy) or more at the property. Please refrain from the use of any illegal drugs or use of any weapon at the property. Your stay will be cancelled immediately and you shall be asked to leave the house at once.

4. No parties allowed.

5. No loud music allowed.

6. All guests must read the House Rules provided to them at the time of check in and obey them.

HOUSE RULES

-Smoking not allowed indoors.

-THIS IS A SOLAR GREEN HOME. 

-Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 

-TURN OFF ALL THE LIGHTS, AIR CONDITIONERS, HEATER WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE.

-Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.

-No pets allowed inside.

-Don't break anything. 

-Keep the wallpapers clean! ANY DAMAGE TO THE WALL PAPERS WILL COST YOU MONEY. 

-CLOSE THE GLASS DOORS GENTLY. 

-All stays must do their own GROCERIES. Please bring your own towels, soaps, tissues, water bottles or anything you might need for your stay. We can only put your things, on your request, in OUR fridge downstairs for you during your stay.

-This is a double occupancy room. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Each extra guest who stays overnight will cost an extra $10 per day.

-Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. LOCK ALL DOORS AND THE GATE.

-Please keep quiet after 10pm.

– The kitchen includes a stove, coffee and teapot, and limited dishes, glasses, and utensils for light meal preparation. Please clean up immediately after yourself.

 

-REMEMBER TO • Turn the stove knob to the "Off" position after using. 

 

_CALL THE HOST INCASE OF ANY EMERGENCY OR JUST DIAL 15 FOR THE POLICE.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR ID CARD PHOTOCOPY. INCASE YOU FORGET IT WE HAVE TO TAKE YOUR ID CARD PICTURE FOR SECURITY REASONS.

Please note that our electricity bills are slightly higher than LESCO rates, and these rates include all applicable taxes. This adjustment is due to the nature of our vacation rental business WHICH IS A REGISTERED business, and GST apply when charging tenants with electricity or rentals bills .

 

We offer tenants meticulously clean rooms with beautifully designed interiors, providing a unique and aesthetically pleasing experience. As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we charge slightly higher rates. We encourage you to read our policies carefully or contact us if you have any questions before booking.

 

LONG TERM TENANTS Billing Calculation:

 

Total Bill / Total Units * X (Room UNITS + Lobby UNITS + Water Pressure Motor UNITS + 100% Taxes)

50 % LESCO TAXES ( SUBJECTED TO CHANGE ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT MARKET FLUCTUATIONS )

AS PER OUR SECURITY POLICY WE DO NOT SHARE ANY LESCO ORGINAL BILLS/COPIES WITH ANY TENANTS AS ALL TENENTS ARE EMAILED THEIR RESPECTIVE INVOICES AT END OF EACH MONTH.

 

Failure to pay the bill on time will result in the termination of the lease, disconnection of electricity to your room, and the outstanding bill will be deducted from your security deposit. Additionally, an early lease termination penalty, as outlined in the lease, will apply.
